Introducing the Vegan Bodybuilding and Fitness Book

robert_cheeke_5qfuThis book is well overdue and I am pleased to finally bring it life and have it available to an audience that has been salivating for it and craving the completion of it for years. One could argue that this complete guide to proper training and plant-based nutrition for athletes has been a decade in the making, following my career as a vegan bodybuilder over the past ten years. I have chosen to write this book because there are nearly seven billion people on the planet and of all the people on Earth my name has been synonymous with Vegan Bodybuilding more than any other name in history. My name, my face and my physique have been the most recognized in this industry throughout the world and that makes it very fitting for me to deliver this book in a very unique way that is sure to motivate and inspire anyone who picks it up and reads it all the way through. I come from an unlikely background of being a skinny farm boy who grew up eating meat and selling animals at 4-H auctions to be slaughtered for food, but the choices I have made throughout my life and the passion that has supported them enabled me to stand out in the world of vegan bodybuilding and I feel that I am the ideal person to be writing this book. It wasn’t eating plants and lifting weights better than anyone else that made me a champion vegan bodybuilder; it was all the intangible steps I took that many overlook, the obstacles I overcame that most don’t overcome, and the detailed visions I created for myself that made all the difference and ultimately put me in this position to write so much more than an exercise and diet book for vegans. This book is anything but that, and is designed precisely to be something other than just an exercise and diet book, but to be so much more, with purpose and meaning behind it to clearly show how anyone can make it to the top of the world in their industry if only they are willing to care enough to make it happen.
